Haiku | Senryu

Two forms of poetry, originating in Japan:
Haiku captures nature, seasons, and fleeting moments of quiet reflection.
Senryu focuses on human nature, emotions, and society, often with a twist.
Both use three lines to evoke depth through simplicity, traditionally following a 5–7–5 syllable pattern, though modern poets often allow themselves more freedom.
